Exact Sciences this week secured a spot on In Business Madison's list of Best Companies to Work For: 2014. 

In Business evaluates companies for the award based on the attractiveness of its employee benefits packages. The companies featured on the Best List approach their benefits offering with a focus on employee recruiting and retention in order to take care of their personnel.

In Business also interviewed local employers about their medical benefits, their commitment to wellness and retirement programs for their employees, life and disability insurance, the Madison living wage, workforce training, and paid time off.

The magazine develops a point system, and the companies with a score that reaches 70% of the maximum points possible earn a spot on the list of Best Companies to Work For.
