Clinical Research Associate

The Clinical will be part of the Clinical Operations Team, which is responsible for executing, managing and conducting projects associated with the company clinical study plans. The CRA is the point of accountability for site management deliverables on assigned protocols. With minimal supervision, the CRA manages the clinical monitoring activities of the study and assures site compliance with study protocols and associated regulations (GCP/ICH), and assists the Clinical Project Manager with study related activities, as required. The Billing Associate II position is responsible for completing a variety of tasks related to billing for laboratory services performed. This includes answering patient phone calls for billing inquiries, data entry, ensuring that claims errors are resolved timely, posting payments, appealing claim denials, following up on any unpaid claims and ensuring all required documentation from the patient is received. Administrative Assistant

The primary responsibility of this position will be to assist in the development and support of Exact Sciences’ cancer screening and diagnostic products. Senior Clinical Project Manager

This position will be part of the Clinical Operations Team, which is responsible for planning, executing, managing and closing projects associated with the company clinical study plans.  The Senior Clinical Project Manager (CPM) is a proven leader in clinical program management in the device industry, and manages, executes and reports on clinical study operations.  The Sr. CPM provides leadership and support to members of the multidisciplinary project team, internally and externally.  This position functions under the guidance of the Sr. Director of Clinical Affairs.  See full description.

Director of Customer Experience & Implementation

The Director of Customer Experience & Implementation is responsible for leading the implementation of the customer service strategy that will enable a world class customer service experience for the end users of the product(s) offered by Exact Sciences Laboratories.  This position will oversee the Contact Center & customer implementation functions and will work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, IT and other functions in Exact Sciences to ensure the customer service goal is met. Laboratory Safety Officer

The Laboratory Safety Officer is responsible for leading and supporting the implementation of the Exact Sciences Laboratory Safety Program. This position reports to the VP of Clinical Laboratory Operations working directly with the Laboratory Director and the Sr. Director of Service and Support. The Safety Officer monitors workplace practices and activities to ensure that employees abide by company policies and government safety regulations. The duties of this position includes providing document development, training and competency assessments, safety inspection performance, data collection and analysis.  The position ensures laboratory compliance with Occupational Safety & Health Administration (OSHA), College of American Pathologists (CAP) and state agencies as necessary. Medical Writer

The Medical Writer is responsible for developing high quality educational materials that address the colorectal cancer screening landscape and Exact Sciences’ product performance and features.  The Medical Writer will also write or edit scientific abstracts, posters, and manuscripts for publication at professional meetings and in peer-reviewed journals. The Medical Writer may also support publications and scientific writing resulting from investigator-initiated trails (IITs). See full description.

Quality Control Associate II

The Quality Control Associate II will participate in and may take leadership in a variety of Quality Control functions, including but not limited to, raw material, in-process material and finished goods testing; process and method development, characterization and validation, and quality documentation generation.  The position may provide technical expertise in developing and documenting new procedures and revising existing procedures for Quality Control. The Validation Associate II will participate or lead a variety of process validation functions including validation execution, validation binder completion, protocol generation, and summary report generation.  The position may participate in documentation of new procedures for Operations relating to process validation, scale-up, and process improvement. Engineer II

The Engineer II will assist in the development and testing of new customized instruments, equipment and consumables to be used with in vitro diagnostic tests currently under development. Lab Service Engineer II

The Lab Service Engineer II is responsible for the commissioning and ongoing service for all clinical laboratory equipment and instrumentation.  Primary service responsibilities include installation, calibration, maintenance, and repair of all clinical laboratory equipment.  This includes both simple (e.g. mixers) and complex instrumentation (e.g. liquid handling robotics).  The individual in this role will continuously work with other LSEs and the clinical laboratory team to ensure proper instrument function and troubleshoot any system concerns.  This role reports to the Sr. Director of Service & Support. Laboratory Service Technician I

The Laboratory Service Technician I is responsible for the commissioning and ongoing service for general clinical laboratory equipment and instrumentation.  Primary service responsibilities include calibration, maintenance, and repair of clinical laboratory equipment.  This includes but is not limited to shakers, centrifuges, refrigerators, and balances.  The individual in this role will continuously work with service colleagues and the clinical laboratory team to ensure proper instrument function and maintenance.  This role reports to the Sr. Director of Service & Support.
