Exact Sciences Recognized as Top Workplace

Exact Sciences celebrated several recognitions as a top workplace in 2022.
In our home state of Wisconsin, Forbes ranked Exact Sciences third out of 75 companies on its list of America’s Best-In-State Employers. The list is based on the number of people who said they were likely to recommend their employer to others in an anonymous survey conducted by Statista. Respondents were also asked to rate their employers on criteria such as openness to telecommuting, compensation competitiveness, advancement opportunities, and more.
Reviews left by employees on Glassdoor contributed to Exact Sciences being ranked No. 89 out of 100 large U.S. companies on Glassdoor’s list of Best Places to Work. This recognition is based on anonymous employee feedback.
2022 also marked the fourth consecutive year that Exact Sciences received a Great Place to Work™ certification based on the results of a confidential survey open to all employees. The survey focuses on factors known to impact the quality of an employee’s experience, such as trust, pride, respect, and camaraderie. A company must score at or above a standardized threshold to receive the certification. We’re very proud that our Great Place to Work survey results also placed us in the top 10 on Fortune’s list of Best Workplaces in Biopharma.
