Always delivering: UPS® and the Cologuard® test

Exact Sciences celebrates 10 years of its flagship colorectal cancer screening test and honors a decade-long partnership. 

Every Cologuard test involves two iconic items: the distinctive Cologuard kit box and a UPS delivery truck. Exact Sciences’ shipping partner has supported the test’s impact over the past 10 years, delivering more than 16 million test kits to patients all around the country and then on to Exact Sciences laboratories for testing. That work has helped the Cologuard test detect an estimated 623,000 instances of cancer and precancerous lesions — the most worrisome types of precancerous growths.1

Today, Cologuard testing is a substantial operation: With the help of UPS, Exact Sciences in 2024 screened more than 1 million people with the Cologuard test during a single quarter for the first time. Though the partnership has endured, a lot has changed since UPS delivered the first Cologuard kit in 2014.
