Who is eligible?
Our patient assistance program is designed to connect more patients with the life-changing products and services they need. Patients are eligible for assistance if they:
Are an Exact Sciences patient
Reside in the United States or its territories
Have a household income at or below 400% of the Federal Poverty Level (FPL)*
