Who is eligible?
Our patient assistance program is designed to connect more patients with the life-changing products and services they need. Patients are eligible for assistance if they:
Are an Exact Sciences patient
Reside in the United States or its territories
Have a household income at or below 400% of the Federal Poverty Level (FPL)*

Annual Income
Gross income (pre-tax) for all members of the patient’s household, this includes all salary, child support, alimony, unemployment compensation, disability, Worker’s Compensation, Veteran’s benefits, Social Security and/or Supplemental (SSI) benefits, or public assistance benefits (TANF, SNAP, etc.).
