Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary

James Herriott has served as our Senior Vice President, General Counsel since January 2022 and our Secretary since December 2022. Mr. Herriott previously served as our Deputy General Counsel from February 2020 until January 2022 and Senior Counsel from August 2018 to February 2022. He joined us from the global law firm K&L Gates LLP, where he practiced corporate and securities law. Prior to his tenure at K&L Gates, Mr. Herriott practiced corporate and securities law at Paul Hastings LLP. Mr. Herriott earned a bachelor’s degree in economics from Duke University and a Juris Doctorate from Vanderbilt University Law School.
