Nearly four months ago, JDS Development, a collaboration of The Hammes Co. and Majestic Realty announced it had submitted a proposal to the City of Madison for the Judge Doyle Square project.

This project brings together world-class architecture in a mixed-use setting and could relocate Exact Sciences to downtown Madison. 

On Monday, the City Council’s Board of Estimates will meet at 4:30p CST (Room 260 of Madison Municipal Building) to outline the progress of negotiations between the City and JDS Development to renovate Judge Doyle Square, including an opportunity to bring Exact Sciences' headquarters downtown.

The meeting will review the completion of the Amended and Restated Development Agreement and put forth a resolution recommending the Council's approval of the same at their meeting on Tuesday, 9/1.
