Exact Sciences CEO Kevin Conroy was invited to speak at the Michigan Growth Capital Symposium on June 17th, 2014. In his presentation, he discussed the importance of entrepreneurship, two entrepreneurial case studies, and the lessons he's learned along the way.

A recent recipient of the 2014 EY Entrepreneur Of The Year Award, Conroy has consistently demonstrated his commitment to entrepreneurship and passion for innovation. In the presentation he emphasized the importance of having a compelling vision and the work ethic necessary to make that vision become a reality.

Conroy also talked about the valuable lessons he's learned throughout his entrepreneurial journey. Attracting great people, leading with optimism, simplifying objectives, and maintaining integrity were a few aims Conroy said contribute to a successful business endeavor.
