My New Red Shoes is a non-profit organization that provides homeless and low-income K–12 students in the San Francisco Bay Area with new shoes and clothing for the school year. Since 2006, the organization has outfitted more than 65,000 students living in poverty with these basic necessities while working to build a stronger, healthier, and more inclusive community for all youth through civic service, advocacy, and leadership.

Exact Sciences has partnered with My New Red Shoes since 2009 to raise awareness about the unmet needs in our community. Fundraising efforts have included employee bake sales, IT equipment auctions, dance party happy hours, and raffles. Employees also help sew and assemble gift bags containing new shoes, clothes, and inspirational cards for the kids.
