Last month, Exact Sciences employees in Madison, Wis. supported Habitat for Humanity of Dane County through the company’s Volunteer Time Off (VTO) benefit.

The VTO program allows employees to take up to 16 hours of time off per year to support organizations that enhance and serve the communities in which we live and work. In 2021, Exact Sciences employees and teams volunteered a total of 4,800 hours.

Habitat for Humanity of Dane County is dedicated to giving local families stability and equity by building affordable housing. For this project, a group of 10 Exact Sciences team members took part in building two duplexes for families in need.

Thank you to our team members for their positive impact on the local community.
