Supporting National Guard and Reserve Members At Work

Employer Support of Guard and Reserve (ESGR) is an organization that works with National Guard and Reserve members to nominate employers that go above and beyond in helping their employees maintain a civilian and military career.

Earlier this fall, Exact Sciences team members Jason Yu, Bryan Windhorst, Mitch Rasmussen, and Kris Bisch received the Patriot Award for their outstanding contributions. The Patriot Award reflects efforts made to support Guard and Reserve members through a wide range of measures including flexible schedules, time off prior to and after deployment, caring for families, and granting leaves of absence if needed.
