Museums typically frown upon riding bicycles in the lobby. However, once a year in Madison, Wisconsin, it is encouraged.

Art Velo is an indoor cycling fundraiser organized by the Madison Museum of Contemporary Art (MMoCA). Inside a beautiful glass building facing the city’s iconic State Street, cyclists spin their way through the night. Companies and individuals sponsor bikes and recruit spin teams. Proceeds support the museum’s mission to benefitting its mission to preserve modern and contemporary art.

Exact Sciences proudly sponsored a bicycle and again sent some of our best pedal pushers to the event held on January 30, 2020. Together, Art Velo participants raised $24,750. Our thanks to the event organizers and all who participated so this cultural institution can remain free and open to all.
