Exact Sciences Named Top Workplace in Wisconsin

Exact Sciences has been awarded a Top Workplaces 2021 honor by The Wisconsin State Journal Top Workplaces, ranking #2 in the large company category.

The list is based solely on anonymous employee feedback via a survey measuring 15 culture drivers that are critical to an organization’s success, such as alignment, execution, and connection.

Additionally, Exact Sciences CEO Kevin Conroy received a leadership award in the large company category. Winners in this special award category were determined by employee responses to the statement, “I have confidence in the leader of this company.”
