Exact Sciences Named to 2020 Best Workplaces in Biopharma List

Exact Sciences is #7 on Great Place to Work and Fortune’s list of the 2020 Best Workplaces in Health Care & Biopharma.

The ranking is based on survey responses reflecting the nearly 800,000 employees working at Great Place to Work-Certified organizations in the Health Care & Biopharma industry.

Great Place to Work, a global people analytics and consulting firm, evaluated more than 60 elements of team members’ experience on the job. These include the extent to which employees trust leaders, the respect with which people are treated, the fairness of workplace decisions, and how much camaraderie there is among the team. The list recognizes companies that best create an inclusive environment for all employees, no matter their job duties or position in the organization.

The Best Workplaces in Health Care & Biopharma is one of a series of rankings by Great Place to Work and Fortune based on employee feedback from Great Place to Work-Certified™ organizations. This is the third list on which Exact Sciences has placed since earning its Great Place to Work designation in 2019. The company also appears on the Best Workplaces for Women 2019 and Best Workplaces for Diversity 2019 lists.
