Laboratory Safety Officer

The Laboratory Safety Officer is responsible for leading and supporting the implementation of the Exact Sciences Laboratory Safety Program. This position reports to the VP of Clinical Laboratory Operations working directly with the Laboratory Director and the Sr. Director of Service and Support. The Safety Officer monitors workplace practices and activities to ensure that employees abide by company policies and government safety regulations. The duties of this position includes providing document development, training and competency assessments, safety inspection performance, data collection and analysis.  The position ensures laboratory compliance with Occupational Safety & Health Administration (OSHA), College of American Pathologists (CAP) and state agencies as necessary. Medical Writer

The Medical Writer is responsible for developing high quality educational materials that address the colorectal cancer screening landscape and Exact Sciences’ product performance and features.  The Medical Writer will also write or edit scientific abstracts, posters, and manuscripts for publication at professional meetings and in peer-reviewed journals. The Medical Writer may also support publications and scientific writing resulting from investigator-initiated trails (IITs). See full description.

Labeling Specialist II

The Labeling Specialist II will perform production support activities including production of product labels and development of labeling content and labeling artwork to support new product launches and to support the updates to base business labeling. Their key focus will be to produce labeling that is accurate, legible, consistent, and compliant.  The position will work within defined protocols and procedures. The Shipping/Logistics Manager works closely with manufacturing, marketing, purchasing, and external partners including shippers and suppliers to create timely, cost-effective import/export supply chains. The Postmarket Surveillance Program Manager is responsible for leading activities related to customer experience, product service and complaints.  This role will provide direction to functions regarding investigations for customer complaints, adverse event reporting, returned product evaluations, and data analysis of service and complaint trends.
