The Senior Lab Service Engineer (Sr. LSE) is responsible for the commissioning and ongoing service for all clinical laboratory equipment and instrumentation. Primary service responsibilities include installation, calibration, maintenance, and repair of all clinical laboratory equipment. This includes both simple (e.g. mixers) and complex instrumentation (e.g. liquid handling robotics). The Sr. LSE is to assist in the development of the service policies and procedures (e.g. SOPs) for the laboratory and play principal role in the commissioning of equipment and ongoing service activities, once the policies and procedures are established.
