Represents an improved technology of EXACT Sciences with recently reported sensitivity of 83% and specificity of 82% in a blinded research study. We intend to pursue commercialization of the Version 2 technology upon regulatory approval. Our Version 2 technology is based on the vital research and discoveries of Dr. Sanford Markowitz and an exclusive license from Case Western Reserve University.
